Rainbow: Chapter 7

#28: Gakuen Alice (Natsume & Mikan)
...xXx...
"I didn't know that violets are small plants typically with purple, blue or white five-petalled flowers," she stated after reading her dictionary.
"It has another meaning."
"Hm… a bluish-purple colour seen at the end of the spectrum opposite red…"
Purple? She flipped to another page of her dictionary and grinned. "Born in the purple."
"So?"
"Do you know what it means, Natsume?"
He remained silent for a moment. "Why ask me?"
"Answer me."
He sighed inaudibly. "It means born into a reigning family or privileged class."
She glared at him. How come he knows everything without looking at the dictionary?

    I like you unique idea of writing drabbles about the rainbow. It was highly interesting and quite entertaining. I feel like writing drabbles to now! :D

    Anyway, short and sweet story. I remember reading something about the color of the rainbow before, but it didn't struck me as much as this did. It was cute and fluffy. I liked it. Good job. :D

    I really like this play with colors and the idiomatic expressions; I think they're neat-o. And, yeah, Mikan should just accept that Natsume's intelligence is waaay above hers. We can't have everything. XD
