#35: Gakuen Alice (Natsume & Mikan)

He braced himself for another hectic day as he reached his three storey office. Hopefully, he would do something better than think about Mikan. It was quite ironic when he thought about it again. When she was still around, he pushed her away, and now, he craved her presence.
As soon as he stepped onto his floor, Kai, his assistant came up to him. "Sir, there's someone waiting for you at your office."
His brows furrowed as he didn't remember calling any of his appointed branch managers today. "Who is it?"
"Her name is Mikan Yukihira, Sir. She—"
Kai stopped mid-sentence as his employer was already at the door of his office. He blinked in surprise. This was the first time he saw his employer move so fast.
Did he run? Kai pondered absentmindedly. Before the soundproof room's door was closed, he heard the woman cry out his employer's name. There was no doubt that they knew each other. Still, he never thought his employer would have a relationship with a woman, or a high school girl to be exact. He banished any thoughts about his employer's interest in young girls from his mind. It was not his business.
You updated! And just after I finished reviewing, too! Sweet. I like that Mikan actually went all the way to Natsume's place just to see him. That was nice of her! And obviously someone is actually excited to see her, hoho.

So Mikan still remembers Natsume? Whoa I wonder why she's meeting with him again? hahahaha..
