#35: Gakuen Alice (Natsume & Mikan)

He cast a hard glare at her. "Go away!"...xXx...
Pushing the blanket away, he started to get ready for the day. For two weeks, he repeatedly woke up to a close up of her face. Every normal person would have screamed whenever they were greeted by a ghost in the morning. Thankfully, she didn't become his nightmare. If she did, he would have gone insane already.
"Help me, and I'll leave you alone," begged the brunette, a girl in a school uniform.
Though she was transparent, he could see her pale chocolate eyes. Her hair was tied in a low ponytail. For a ghost, she had an annoying pair of lips. If she could be less talkative, he might actually like her. The only thing he liked about her was her cheerful smile. Did she even realise that she was already dead? Oh, it was his assumption that she was dead.
Transparently, she floated through a wall. If she was not a ghost, what was she? Who could blame him for concluding that? She told him that she was not dead yet, merely sleeping somewhere in this big city of Tokyo. How did she know that? He had no idea.

ahaha.. A lost ghost.. More like a lost spirit.. Wonder if Mikan had been in an accident or something.. When Natsume decides to help her (which after weeks of annoyance he would concede) would he scour every Tokyo hospital? Or is there a better way?

And is it OOC for Natsume to be afraid of ghosts.? As far as I know he was never afraid of them... o_o
This reminds me of a movie. I forgot the title, but it starred Reese Witherspoon.

Even as a ghost, Mikan is annoying as heck. Haha. I suppose people don't ditch their personalities once they die? To top it all off, she still irritates the hell out of Natsume, who isn't the least bit freaked out by her.

Interesting. I'm curious, though, why she went to him of all people.
ReplyDeleteAlso, this kind of reminds me of the movie "Just Like Heaven" (I'm not entirely sure if that's the title). I'll have to keep reading to find out if they're really as similar as I think. :D
