Rainbow: Chapter 6

#28: Gakuen Alice (Natsume & Mikan)
...xXx...
Her hazel eyes scanned through the sample of the colours for painting. She sighed. "I can't choose. All of the colours are beautiful even though I prefer red…"
He smiled. She did tell him that she liked red because of his eyes. "Need a suggestion?"
She looked at him hopefully.
"A colour between blue and violet in the spectrum."
She blinked after a minute. "Indigo."
"I finally hear a correct answer coming from you."
She turned red. "I'm not someone as smart as you, Natsume."
"I didn't know you think I'm smart."
She turned redder and murmured, "I hate indigo."

    Cute chapter! :) Indigo, in my opinion, is a nice color. Too bad Mikan doesn't like that colour.. XD

    u know? b4, i really hated violet, mayb bcoz my bestfrend was so in2 violet she practically liked calling herself 'the violet lover' and so afterwards she also gave me the nickname 'black and pink' (coz i soo loved pink back then) and w/ argue wat color was best but in the end..red was my color(kyaah! natsume!)...eheeh...just sharing my experiences ... -

    Somehow Indigo reminded me of Hotaru even though her are violet.. I thought she'd pop out of nowhere in the story.. XD

    I've never really known what indigo really looks like. XD

    All I know is that it's blue and violet, but not quite.

    Why does Mikan hate indigo, though? I think it's a pretty color. :)

    Cute as always; Natsume picking on Mikan and she retorting. It comes across as natural, even though in this story they're already a couple. And hey, at least Mikan got something right! XD
